Enrolment Forms

When you make your application you will need to bring the following to complete the enrolment process:

1.  Identification - Passport (if not born in New Zealand) and/or birth certificate
2.  Latest school report 
3.  Preference Form signed by a Catholic Priest 
4.  $20.00 enrolment fee (non-refundable)
5.  Blanket consent for EOTC (Education Outside the Classroom)
6.  Internet contract form

We cannot complete the application unless all the requested items are supplied.
